Work. Cycle. Sleep. Repeat.

For the last month I've been bombarded by negative forces. It has seemed that despite many good things happening in so many areas of my life there are still several factors that are bringing me down. But basically I've made it through all the drama by keeping my nose to the grindstone. I've worked hard, rode hard, and slept as much as possible. After all in order to make your muscles grow you need to push them hard and then let them rest. I'm hoping this same principle applies to life.
